Thanksgiving - Strachan style / 30th Birthday part 4

I think its cool that we can stretch out birthdays for a month. We had people in and out of town and that's what we ended up doing. Last Friday we went with my family to Abuelos, which was absolutely divine. We came back to my house and ate pie and opened presents.

I haven't been feeling all to well this past week and this week and I wanted to make sure that I at least posted Thanksgiving and my birthday in November...and that is my mission for the day. Ella Kate came down with a big bad cold Thursday I believe and passed it on to me by Friday morning. Come Saturday, I couldn't even move. I gave in and got some Musinex and it is on its way out...po lil EK though, she is still battling it out.

Oh and I got EK these big girl pjs with out the feet and put them on her and her house shoes and she was the spitting image of Mimi (my mom). We call her Mini Mimi when she is in her pjs like this...if that sippy cup was a cup of coffee...she would be identical!

Anyways...we had Thanksgiving at my parents new house in Collierville yesterday. Holly, Drew, and AC are headed to South Carolina to be with Drew's fam. this week. What are we most thankful for...my parents being back in Memphis and those two little girls! We fried turkey and ate all the fixins...I was not involved in any of it because I am sick. I have a feeling that I was really involved as people are starting to get sick :(
