So throughout October we have done some Fallish things: corn maze, pumpkin patch, church festivals, trick or treating!
Our yearly trip to the Ag Center for the Corn Maze. First year we didn't have to carry Addison!
After the corn maze we met up with one of Michael's runner friends who is moving to California, for a last hooray dinner. We went to Pyros...super yum-o pizza! And I discovered that they are opening one on Germantown Parkway! Woop
Ella Kate decked out for the 50th Day of School...Mimi whipped out a poodle skirt for her to wear!
Addison and EK at Hope's Fall Fest.
Cutest little Sheriff Callie I ever saw!
EK has been informed that we aren't going to be anymore princesses for Halloween...she can't wear her costume except for walking. She wasn't able to wear her Elsa gown to the church festival because they have rides and slides that you have to climb! So cowgirl chic it is!
And just like Disney, Addison wasn't tall enough for most of the rides. While we were waiting on Michael and EK, we ran into OLAF!! She was in heaven!
Addison at her school Halloween parade...we counted 11 Elsas and 1 Anna! No Sheriff Callie! I am glad I suggested that for her, she rocked it!
Something WILD happened on Halloween night...it was super duper COLD and WINDY!!! Ella Kate has on three layers! She was upset about wearing a shirt under her dress and I told her to go stand outside for a while and she came back in and said she was cold! The Kerstings went to eat Mezcal with us and they needed a neighborhood for trick or treating...so we volunteered ours!
Painting pumpkins!
And one more thing...Ella Kate is now a BROWN belt ninja! Just one more...black! Oh I hope they let her get her black belt, it would mean so much to her...I know they are going to suggest her moving to the American belt (Juniors)...but I am going to see if they can let her go for the black belt. Michael is going to make a stand so she can display all her ninja belts on her wall! So we shall see, she tests early December.
Addison hasn't been napping at school. I picked her up one day and she was a mess. I told her to hush and go to sleep. I looked back and she did just that!
