Last night Michael and I got Ella Kate dressed up in her Halloween costume and took her to Hope's fall festival. Ella Kate had a ball, even though she couldn't do most of the stuff they had for the kids...and this year Ella Kate is going to be a beautiful little bumble bee...complete with sound effects...she walks around going zzzzzz!
Once we arrived, we immediately hit up the food...it was dinner time for Ella Kate...she experienced her first ever PRONTO PUP! She liked the corn part more than the dog itself.
After we ate, we visited with some goats, a calf, a llama, bunnies, pigs, chickens, ducks, and some other weird looking animals. She liked the goats and the calf the best!
After the petting zoo, we went inside and checked out a fabulous puppet show! She loved watching the puppets and dancing to the music! After the show was over, we stopped in to hear Matt Tutor play...who is one awesome guitarist! He has mad skills!
I have spent most of today taping off our room and getting it ready for paint. I am hoping to do most of the painting tonight when EK goes to bed. We have a big day tomorrow! We are taking Ella Kate to a festival downtown tomorrow morning. Our good friend Patrick is playing and we wanted her to hear him! She loves live music!
