I got a phone call from one of my contractor's yesterday and he asked me if I was a Memphis State fan and I replied, no not the least bit. He said "Oh, okay, well just keep that to yourself, I need you to come out to Josh Parsnips (or whatever his name is) house". I said okay, where does he live? He said you aren't the least bit excited. I said not the least bit...I am excited because he has a lot of money and will hopefully give us a lot of money in return for landscaping.
Then I told him about getting to go out to Morgan Freeman's house in Clarksdale, MS a few years ago...now THAT was exciting!!
My contractor called back to confirm the appt. today and I told him I was looking for a UT shirt...totally kidding! Don't like those folks either. I'm sure it would be fine and dandy if I wore a State shirt though! GO DAWGS!!
