Ella Kate has become quite the little daredevil as depicted in these next couple of posts...
The following picture was her discovery of her new stuffed animals that I gave her...she has had a ball with them and is especially fond of "Bully" the bulldog. Michael and I have also taught her "Go State!" She walks around saying Go Tate Go Tate...Love that girl!
Here we are right before bed and the combing of the hair...we do a nightly bouncing on the bed!
Just waking up from her afternoon nap...she was asleep when I went to get the camera...she sleeps with a wide arrange of blankets and stuffed animals.

All fun and games until Dad gets whacked upside the head with an out of control hand...pinwheel hits the floor...pinwheel time over!

Well the garage sale is finished...we had a good turnout, we didn't make near as much as we did last year. That's only because we didn't have the big ticket items like last year. But we made enough to complete one deck in our backyard! Yay! Now we won't have one for some time because all our attics are empty of junk! My mission for the fall is to reorganize the attic!
I have started on my fall order for the pansies this week and am about half way finished. I hope to have them finished this week! I am ready for fall already. I have decided that the older I get, the more I dislike our hot nasty summers.
Ella Kate has been my little buddy this week, I have been going to all our properties checking the spring plantings. She is quite content in the car for 2 hours as long as she has her blankie and goldfish. Today I am taking her to the south leg of Poplar...which includes International Paper. I want to show her this:
This is the infamous waterfall that Michael and I designed during the Summer of 05 I think. It was one of my first big projects to work on with Michael. We were in the courtyard till about 9:00 with big lights on it to get the thing finished. It turned out well and I can't wait to show EK what her mom and dad can do together!I took her to Allenburg Cotton Monday and they have a gigantic lake with ducks and geese and stuff. She had a ball looking at the falls and ducks. The geese on the other hand, are ferocious.
Anyway, that's what is going on with us this week....
