Our house...

is in the middle of our street...

Not really but wow to the weather on our anniversary! Come around 5:00 Friday night all heck tore out. We had a super strong storm with straight line winds, hail, thunder, lightening, and a ridiculous amount of rain. We had to take cover in the closet where we had to remove the litter box because EK was all over the place. It was madness. We didn't stay in the closet very long...Ella Kate was all about looking out the window, laughing, bouncing...

We didn't have too much damage. Our neighbors tree dropped a huge limb in our backyard. Ella Kate's swimming pool blew from the back yard to the front yard. We didn't loose power which is always a plus.

Anyways we called Brennan's and they were up and running and off we went after I put EK down for the night. It was delish! We both got the fillet stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese...oh it is so good! We used the last of our gift certificates that Adsit gave us for doing the work out on their courtyard.

Saturday night we were both able to go to Anne Marie's 30th surprise party. Michael and I smoked a ton of bbq for the occasion and headed out. We had a blast...Anne Maried was definitely surprised, her actual bday is July 28th.

Other than that we had a low key weekend...very unusual for us to be out two nights in a row though!
